Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within the 14 days of receiving your product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

* All sale items are non-refundable. 
* Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
* Returned items must have not been worn or used.
* Due to hygiene reasons, all BODYSKINS (bodysuits) have to be returned in their sealed package.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
* Contact us by email: info@boutiquecamomille.com
* Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
* Send the items back to us at the buyers expense to 2175A rue de la Montagne Montreal Quebec H3G 1Z8.
* You could also return the items to one of our Boutiques during business hours.
* The customer is responsible for any lost or damaged returns so insuring the return shipment is important.
